PromptDonkey ("we", "us") provides a service that turns your descriptions into ready-to-use AI prompts. This policy explains what information we collect, why, and the choices you have. Una versión en español está disponible a solicitud escribiendo a support@promptdonkey.ai.
To generate questions and prompts, the text you submit is processed by third-party AI model providers acting as our service providers. We do not use your prompts to train AI models.
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers that operate the platform on our behalf: web hosting, database and authentication services, AI model providers, and an IP-geolocation service. Each receives only what it needs to perform its function.
We use browser local storage to remember your device identifier and sign-in session. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
Saved prompts remain in your account until you delete them (each saved prompt has a delete button in My Prompts). Usage and technical records are retained for analytics. To request deletion of your account and associated data, email support@promptdonkey.ai from the address on your account and we will action it within 30 days.
Depending on where you live (including the EU/EEA under GDPR and California under CCPA), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, and to object to certain processing. Contact us at the address below to exercise them.
PromptDonkey is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the date above and note the change on this page.
