PromptDonkey turns your descriptions into structured prompts that you can paste into third-party AI platforms (such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini). The Service does not include access to those platforms; you use them under your own accounts and their own terms.
Parts of the Service can be used without an account, subject to a free allowance. Creating an account (via Google sign-in) provides a daily allowance of free prompt generations and saved prompt history. Allowances and features may change as the Service evolves; material changes will be reflected on the site.
You own the descriptions you submit and the prompts the Service generates for you, and you may use them for any purpose, including commercially. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the Service: processing your input through our AI providers to generate your output, storing your saved prompts, and analyzing usage in aggregate to improve the Service.
Generated prompts are produced by artificial intelligence and may contain errors or reflect assumptions that don't match your intent. Review prompts before using them, especially for professional, legal, medical, or financial purposes. The Service is not professional advice.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service or any feature at any time.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PromptDonkey and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of $50 or the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
You may stop using the Service or request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms.
We may update these terms; the effective date above will change when we do. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
